voodoomyass - Frank,
I guess i over looked this Schwinn frame.
I did some digging around and found this.
Looking at/in the 1999 Schwinn BMX line Boulder, Co. USA book,
It does list a frame set on page 58 that is hot pink.
------------
Andrew Faris 36.24.36 ( Frame set only )

*100 percent american made 4130 cro-moly fork w/cnc machined fork
crown.
*dia-compe sb-1 cold forged steel 1 1/8" ahead set, american made cnc
alloy stem
*hot pink painted with andrew faris graphic kit.
*colors - hot pink or powerflo black.
~Schwinn release date August 20th 1998.
--------------
A Note - This frame is also photoed in the 1999 Schwinn BMX
Catalog tittled - Flyin' South, A tale of Subterranean Terror
I do like the looks of the chain stay/tube w/ the hole in it.
not to many Schwinn frames has this, and it sorta set me off
a bit. "not use to see it". and its a frame that does not
get talked about much.
To bad you repainted it, or I may have gotton it from you.
as I am a Schwinn freek... But just for the heck of it
what are you asking for it?$ and are you in the US?
PS - no need for more photos.....
Thanks,

Post by voodoomyassI'm not exactly sure what year the frame is... my best guess is 1999... it's
basically a chromoly Azrael... the 36-24-36 was the flatland frame they
released (for only one year) before the they went to the aluminum Azrael...
pretty much the same geometry as the Azrael (if not identical) just chromoly
and not aluminum... I was told that it came in two colors... black and
bubblegum pink... I've only seen the pink (which is what mine was)...
http://www.schwinnbike.com/care/warranty.php...
This is an Andrew Faris model flatland frame... if you look at the sticker
kit (ftp://ftp.autoconcorp.com/36_24_36_stickers.jpg), you will see his name
underneath the "36-24-36" graphic (just underneath the second "36")... it's
a low res image and isn't completely discernable (sorry about that)... I
preserved the stickers so I could easily scan them and get them reprinted
when I got the bike repainted... but that isn't going to happen... you see,
I'm and ancient school flatlander that would rather have his old Kuwahara
Bravo KT than the 36-24-36... it's too short for me... these newer flatland
frames are a little more geared for that newer generation of flatland
riding... of which I doubt I will be participating in... gonna stay with the
tricks I know... miami hoppers, cherrypickers, surfers, boomerangs and
maybe, just maybe, a nourie handstand...
I will take some additional photos of the bike... the tube with the "hole"
area is part of the frame design... what you see is the seam... additional
pictures will clarify this...
Funny about email bouncing back... I tried the exact same link and had no
problems... my hotmail is clean and is only 2% filled...
